Payment
Reservations made by phone or email : to confirm the reservation, a 30% initial payment is required from the guest with a maximum of 7 days following the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the rental by bank transfer or at check-in by credit card.
Online reservations : a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Guests expressly authorize the residence to debit an 30% initial payment from the credit card.
Security deposit
At check-in, a 1.500 € security deposit will be requested to cover any damages incurred during your stay.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival and deposit refund.
Within 29 days of your arrival : 100% non-refundable.
